Coaching is a great way to improve performance – outstanding athletes hire coaches to do just that. In any field we are forever learning and changing and in general we do it very well. However, there are situations when we need to work with a well-trained and experienced coach to help us understand the dynamics at play in our situation.

Coaching starts with establishing the context, it continues by setting the direction and it ends with review and confirmation. Sometimes all that is required is one session; other situations may involve a few sessions.
